Apartments Scoring
- We use 18 data points
- Sample data include Building Class, Location Class, Zip Code, City Data for Income and Population, Year Built, Demographics, Distance to Universities, Crime Rate, and so on.
- Each Data is given 1-5 points.
- The final average score of 2.5 must meet in order for us to even consider acquire the target property.
SFRs Scoring
- SFR scoring is used on small apartments and 2-4 units.
- We use seven data points to decide.
- Sample data points include Location, School, Demographics, crime rate, few characteristics of each house.
- Each data is given 1-5 points.
- The final average score of 2.5 must meet in order for us to even consider acquire the target property.
