Apartments Scoring

• We use 18 data points
• Sample data include Building Class, Location Class, Zip Code, City Data for Income and Population, Year Built, Demographics, Distance to Universities, Crime Rate, and so on.
• Each Data is given 1-5 points.
• The final average score of 2.5 must meet in order for us to even consider acquire the target property.

SFRs Scoring

• We use 7 data points
• Sample data include Location, schools, demographics, crime rate, and characteristics of the property.
• Each Data is given 1-5 points.
• The final average score of 2.5 must meet in order for us to even consider acquiring the target property.
