About Michael

I purchased my first property in 1997. I survived through the Dotcom Bubble Burst and Financial Crisis. Of course, I learned my lesson and paid penalty for it then just like everybody else. That experience made me think a lot about limiting risk. I realized three things:

1) purchase property with good value,
2) must have a proper system to qualify the property in order to ensure an objective investing,
3) take advantage of tax benefits and government programs. Currently, I own multiple properties in Nevada and Ohio. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge to help people achieve their financial freedom.
